🧸 1. Babycakes Children’s Boutique
📍 Located in Rocky River
This sweet little shop is a staple for stylish baby clothes and unique gifts. Babycakes carries high-quality brands you won’t find everywhere else—think modern, minimal, and oh-so-cute. It’s perfect for finding that one outfit you’ll treasure forever (and maybe want to frame!).

📍 Online-based in Akron with pop-ups
This small, mama-owned shop offers handmade baby bows, swaddles, and accessories—perfect for newborn photo sessions. Follow their social media to catch their latest markets or drop-offs at local Akron shops.
💛 3. Lil’ Frog Fashions
📍 2010 Chestnut Blvd, Cuyahoga Falls
This boutique offers adorable clothing and accessories, many from small U.S. brands. Bonus: Their staff is incredibly kind and helpful.
👒 4. Once Upon a Child – Stow

While technically not a boutique in the traditional sense, this is a great stop for practical finds—especially if you’re looking for gently used baby gear or clothing on a budget. It’s a go-to for growing families who want to be eco-conscious and save for future sessions (wink!).
🧼 5. Root Candles Flagship Store (Mom Bonus!)
📍 623 W Liberty St, Medina
Okay, this isn’t a baby boutique—but it is a haven for nesting moms. Root Candles is a historic Medina gem where you can grab a calming lavender candle for the nursery or a treat for yourself. Bonus: they often carry locally made baby gifts and plush toys near the front entrance.
🧵 6. The Market Path (Fair Trade Baby Gifts)

Known for supporting artisans around the world, The Market Path is a treasure trove of meaningful gifts—including handmade baby items, plush toys, and keepsakes.
☕ 7. Northside Marketplace

Not exclusively baby-focused, but this collective often features rotating local baby brands and mom-run businesses. A great place to browse and support local talent!

This hidden gem houses a handful of local creators and boutique vendors—including baby clothing, blankets, and handmade teethers. It’s also just a fun little spot to stroll and shop.

A bit of a drive, but worth the mention! The BayArts shop often carries locally made baby goods—plus, it’s a gorgeous spot for a maternity or family outing.

While not strictly baby-focused, this quirky shop stocks unique baby items from local makers—like onesies, bibs, and soft toys with lots of personality.
