Talk about a tiny little peanut! When Penelope’s mom brought her in, she was being swallowed up by her car seat! I thought it was genius though, mom tucked 2 rolled up receiving blankets on either side of the insert to help hold her little head from bouncing around. Too sweet. Look at all that curly hair!
