Meet Evelyn! My new niece! Her mama is Caity (Brian’s sister) and that’s her hubby Zach! We went to visit them once the baby was born because they live in Mississippi! We decided to make the trip into a vacation which is how we ended up in Destin, FL! But we took a day to go visit them and meet Evelyn! She was about 3 weeks old in these photos, which I typically don’t photograph newborns past 2 weeks. But in this situation, we had to make do! Also, I didn’t have any of my usual “stuff” that I keep in my studio, so the posed images were on a couch cushion next to the window with a white blanket draped across! Haha. I wish I had a behind the scenes photo for you! I’m sure I looked insane trying to make it work (I could hear Tim Gunn cheering me on in my head)! I’m not sure when we will get to see them all again, but I hope it’s sooner rather than later!
